Over the years, NDPP have worked with several connector companies who supply interconnection solutions for cabin systems, which have many uses, including oxygen and emergency systems, seat actuation, and cabin and seat lighting. The part that NDPP played in these projects is by designing and manufacturing the mould tools required.

Aerospace

NDPP have completed many projects for aerospace applications including the design and manufacture of jigs and fixtures for various uses such as inspection.
An example of a project that NDPP assisted on was designing and producing fixtures and tooling. The tooling and fixtures were used to produce carbon fibre rods out of a roll of carbon fibre; once completes these rods are used in planes.

Medical

Our experience within the medical industry has predominantly been manufacturing various sized tools for medical devices. Although we do not currently have clean room facilities for production, we are able to provide tool trials on our in-house moulding machines.
